Kashimashi is a physical manifestation of Hinako Shimizu's emotions. It is a feminine humanoid covered in wounds that attacks its victims with a grin on its face. Hinako describes the creature as masses of flesh sewn together, writing in her journal, "I wonder if it wants to hurt me the same way that it was hurt."
