Q: What is Cheng Doll?
A: Cheng Doll is a line of hand sculpted ball jointed dolls, dreamed up by artist and designer Kelton Ching. These 1/4 scale dolls are fully posable and customizable with swap out hands and feet.
Q: What are balljointed dolls?
A: Ball jointed dolls or BJDs are a type of pose-able doll with articulated joints that connect different body parts, typically made of resin, and held together by elastic cords or springs. This construction allows for a wide range of movement and poses, making them popular artistic creations and collector's items.
Q: What are your dolls made of?
A: Our dolls are made of resin and strung with polyester elastic. They also contain steel rings, s hooks and wire.
Q: How tall are your dolls?
A: Each Cheng Doll is approximately 18 inches or 45 centimeters tall.
Q: What size eyes fit a Cheng Doll?
A: Size 12-14mm acrylic or glass eyes will fit a Cheng Doll head.
Q: What size wig will fit a Cheng Doll?
A: 1/6 scale wigs or 6-7inch. Head circumference is 17cm or 6.7inches.
Q: What does a boxed doll include?
A: A boxed Cheng Doll comes with a blank doll, painted base doll or a full set doll with a certificate of authenticity, hand signed by the artist. Additional parts and clothing are included depending on the customer's order.
